As Zicket crosses the extraordinary milestone of 10 million tickets sold, it's an opportune moment to reflect on our journey so far, filled with diverse event experiences, technological innovations and plenty of achievements. It’s been quite a journey since Zicket sold its first-ever ticket for the iconic Hong Kong Observation Wheel in 2017, and we wanted to take stock and reflect on the significant milestones and memorable events that have shaped our path.
Embracing the Spectrum of Events
Our journey has been as diverse as it has been exciting. From the simplicity of pub quizzes to free fitness classes for all at AIA Vitality Hub, music festivals to comedy shows and everything in between, Zicket has been there, facilitating seamless experiences for event-goers across a spectrum of over 6,000 events since 2017.
After selling our first-ever ticket for the Hong Kong Observation Wheel in 2017, the iconic attraction went on to sell 2 million tickets in a single year with the help of Zicket. Another gargantuan attraction, the AIA Carnival, made its grand return after a 3-year hiatus in December 2023 and is on course to hit 1 million tickets over the course of its current run. Working with such prestigious, well-renowned, and much-loved events and landmarks is always an honour, and our shared success serves as a testament to the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our ticketing & event solutions including event marketing.
