This August, we launched a brand new and bespoke Zicket website and we couldn’t be more excited about what this means for our clients and our business. Dig a little deeper with us in this article and you’ll see that the new site represents far greater changes to our business, our services and our capabilities. 

We’re four years into our journey, with 6.25 million tickets sold for our clients and over HK$600 million processed via our systems, but we’re so much more than a ticketing company. Ticketing has changed, the event industry has evolved and we adapt with it. 

We thought it was no longer enough for our clients that they could sell tickets via Zicket. We knew we could improve on that offering and while we’ve done just that, we’ve also leveraged our expertise and added even more to the resources that our clients can take advantage of including TicketingDigital MarketingPayments & RFID and indeed other Event Services. In our humble opinion, this now enables us to offer the most complete and efficient set of digital event services in Hong Kong.

We’ve partnered with the world-leading self-service ticketing solution, Eventbrite to really push our ticketing capabilities forward and empower our clients. Through Eventbrite, we’ve introduced a wide range of helpful marketing tools, presided over by the gurus at OCPR who’ve been tasked with helping our clients to “Sell More Tickets”.

Back to the new ticketing website itself, the super talented team at Parallax have built us a slick website that will act as an event discovery hub and what’s-on-guide. The site harnesses the power of the Eventbrite API as well as allowing us to list events we’re not ticketing and opening up a whole new realm of opportunities for editorial and offers sections. 

We’re extremely excited to embark on this new chapter, continuing to develop our services and knowledge as we go to aid the success of our group clients Great Entertainment GroupHong Kong Observation Wheel & AIA Vitality Park, and Greater Bay Media Entertainment (GBME), as well as the 80+ clients we now also service throughout HK and beyond.
