Beyond Ticketing: Where Zicket Delivered in March

Zicket operates across far more than one part of the event journey. In March, our team delivered across a wide range of environments, supporting organisers with RFID, POS, card terminals, marketing, and ticketing solutions in settings that demand reliability, flexibility, and precision on the ground. What stands out isn’t just where we’ve been, but how varied those environments are.

Magic Room – El Pípila, Mexico

March marked our first deployment in Mexico with Magic Room at El Pípila in Guanajuato.

This was a full-scale delivery, with Zicket supporting ticketing, RFID, POS, and marketing as one connected system. From driving attendance through marketing to managing entry and enabling on-site transactions, every part of the attendee journey was powered through a single, integrated setup.

LIV Golf Hong Kong

Scale and pace defined the delivery at LIV Golf Hong Kong. Card terminals and POS infrastructure needed to perform continuously under pressure, supporting high transaction volumes without disruption and keeping service moving across the site.

Long Ducker – Harrow International School

Long Ducker at Harrow International School centred on access and flow. RFID played a critical role in ensuring entry remained efficient and controlled, supporting a smooth event experience.

Surprise Surprise – Haw Par Mansion

Surprise Surprise required a seamless setup at Haw Par Mansion, supporting a highly curated guest environment. Card terminals and POS worked together to provide fast, reliable payments, integrating smoothly throughout.

Central Yards Edible Art Fair

At the Edible Art Fair, the focus was on supporting a highly immersive environment. Card terminals and POS needed to operate seamlessly in the background, enabling smooth transactions without interrupting the overall experience.

Magic Room – Year 5 Anniversary

Magic Room Year 5 Anniversary at AIA Vitality Park expanded into a fully connected ecosystem. RFID, marketing, ticketing, and POS came together as one integrated system, streamlining delivery across the entire event.

The Outcome

What connects all of these events isn’t format, scale, or geography. It’s the requirement for technology that adapts to the event.

Across different environments, our role extends beyond a single function. Whether it’s powering transactions, enabling access, or connecting the wider ecosystem, the focus is always on delivering infrastructure that performs in real-world conditions.

Because events don’t run in theory. They run live, on the ground, where everything needs to work the first time.
