What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit zicket.io. Similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, work in the same way. We use them to make the site work, to understand how it is used and to measure our marketing.

The cookies we use

We group cookies into three categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent.

• Strictly necessary (always on): keep the site secure, protect our forms from spam (Google reCAPTCHA), balance traffic and remember your cookie choices. The site cannot work properly without them.
• Analytics (optional): tell us how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and for how long, so we can improve it. Tools: Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) and HubSpot analytics.
• Marketing (optional): measure our campaigns, including when someone sends an enquiry or joins our newsletter, and show relevant adverts on other sites. Tools: Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and HubSpot ads.

Your choices

When you first visit zicket.io, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. Optional cookies are not set until you choose. You can accept all, reject all optional cookies or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

You can change your mind at any time with the Change cookie settings button at the top of this page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not then work as intended.

How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, or until you delete them.

We may update this policy when we change the tools we use. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
